Wellington Riding Refund Policy

Payment must be made in full at time of booking for all lessons. Refunds are not given

Bookings for all lessons close 18 hours before the lesson.

Please note our cancellation policy is currently 72 hours, if you cancel your lesson within this period you will not get a refund of any kind, the same thing applies if you wish to edit a lesson within 72 hours of your lesson taking place.

If you wish to cancel or edit outside of this period you will be refunded in account credit. Some of our activites may have a different policy so please ensure you read our refund policy here Please contact us by email ridinginfo@wellington.co.uk if you need assistance.

If any rider ceases to ride at Wellington Riding, any lessons purchased but not booked in will be held for a period of 6 months after which time they will be deemed invalid. Lessons may be transferred to another rider within this time if the lesson holder or parent/guardian gives notice in writing.

Riders on their own horse receive a 20% discount on group and private tuition.

EC Pro Payment and Refund Policy

All bookings must be made in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking to secure the session. Payment may be made by credit or debit card. There is no charge for paying by credit or debit card .

Wow Design Solutions Limited trading as EC Pro is unable to issue refunds and will only issue customer account credit in accordance with the refund and cancellation policy of the yard, school or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Customers may be able to access a refund by contacting the yard, school or Livery directly and the Merchant of record for all transactions is Wellington Riding, and they shall be liable for all refunds and chargebacks. If you are not happy with the complaints procedure of your riding school/livery yard you can contact hello@ecpro.co.uk to take further action.
